Frequently asked questions
Simply upload a photo and club crest, enter your nationality, your desired name and the player values.
Your uploaded images (face picture and club crest) will only appear as preview graphics on the design preview and will be released by our graphics team after ordering.
Will my uploaded images be cut out from the background?
Yes, all your uploaded files such as face picture and club logo will be completely isolated from the background by our graphics team.
When will my card be processed?
Your card will be processed immediately after the data has been fully uploaded and payment has been received. If you wish to make changes or have forgotten any data, the processing of the card will begin after it has been delivered.
Why can't I see my photo cut out in the preview?
Our graphics department releases each photo, face image and club crest individually after the purchase is completed. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible in your preview. If you would still like a graphic preview, please write this to us in the order note.
What is the difference between the Basic and Premium versions?
The key difference is the material. Our basic cards are made of a special plastic, which is produced using high-resolution digital printing. Our premium version is made of acrylic, which gives the card a 3D depth effect and thus ensures an elegant appearance. Additional stability is another advantage.
How can I hang/set up my FUTCARD?
With our plate hangers and stands we have the right accessories for every size, so that your map will find the perfect place in your own four walls.
Do you also deliver outside of Germany?
Yes, we also deliver to our neighboring countries Austria and Switzerland, as well as to all other European delivery addresses. (Great Britain is currently excluded)
What happens if I realize after placing my order that I have forgotten something?
That's no problem, we can adapt your card to your needs afterwards, as long as no more than 1 working day has passed, you can send everything that is missing. *Please note that this does not apply to express orders, as these are processed immediately after receipt of payment. Do you also offer an express function?
Of course, you have the option of choosing our 48H Express function. This means that we process your card within 48 hours on working days only (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that after express processing we ship via DHL (2-3 working days delivery time). Order deadline for express orders is 2 p.m. Express orders after 2 p.m. will be processed from the following working day. The processing period only begins after successful receipt of payment and receipt of all required media.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping throughout Germany for orders over 39€ value of goods. For orders up to 39€ value of goods, shipping costs are 4.90€. Shipping costs to Austria are 8.90€ and to Switzerland 13.90€. We send every order as an insured package. Each order is a card made especially for you, so the delivery time is a maximum of 5-10 working days (after the payment order has been issued) until the card arrives. As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can track the shipment at any time using the tracking number.

Every product we make is backed by our Icon Gold Guarantee. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with the design, quality or printing of our card, we will send you a new card free of charge. This of course applies even if it was damaged during shipping. The new card will of course leave our premises immediately after you contact us.
