How does shipping work at ICONELEVEN ID?
We ship your order with DHL, UPS, Hermes or DPD. An order on iconelevenid.com can be delivered to a delivery address in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Europe.
When will my order arrive?
We work exclusively with advance payment, i.e. your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment.
Each order is a custom made card, so the delivery time is a maximum of 15 business days (after placing the payment order) until the card arrives.
As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With the shipment number in it, you can track the progress of the shipment at any time.
Do I have to pay anything?
Jede Bestellung versenden wir als versichertes Paket innerhalb Deutschlands,Österreich, Schweiz und europaweit. Der Versand in Deutschland unter 39€ Warenwert beträgt 4,90 alles darüber ist für dich kostenfrei, Österreich wird mit 8,90€ & Schweiz mit 13,90€, alle weiteren EU-Länder pauschal mit 8,90€ verrechnet.
Do you also offer an express function?
Of course you have the possibility to choose our 48H-Express function. This means that we will process your card within 48 hours on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that we ship after express processing via DHL (2-3 business days transit time). Deadline for express orders is 2pm. Express orders after 2pm will be processed from the following working day. Processing time starts only after successful receipt of payment, as well as receipt of all necessary media...
IMPORTANT:
When registering and placing an order, please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If the package is returned due to incorrect information and there is a redelivery, this will result in double shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer.

When will my order arrive?
We work exclusively with prepayment, i.e. your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment. Each order is a card made especially for you, so the delivery time is a maximum of 15 working days (after the payment order has been placed) until the card arrives. As soon as a parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. You can track the progress of the parcel at any time using the consignment number.
Do I have to pay anything?
We send every order as an insured parcel within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Europe. Shipping in Germany under 39€ value of goods is 4,90 €, everything above is free of charge, Austria is charged with 8,90€ & Switzerland with 13,90€, all other EU countries with 8,90€.

Please note that we ship via DHL (2-3 working days) after express processing. The order deadline for express orders is 2 pm.
