Simply upload your photo and club crest, enter your nationality, your desired name and the player values.
Your uploaded images (face picture and club crest) will only appear as preview graphics in the design preview and will be released by our graphics team after the order.
Will my uploaded images be cropped from the background?
Yes, all your uploaded files such as face image and club logo will be completely cleared from the background by our graphics team.
When will my card be processed?
Your card will be processed immediately after complete data upload and received payment, in case of change requests and or forgotten data, the processing of the cards begins after delivery of these.
Why don't I see my photo already cropped when I preview it?
Our graphics department releases each photo, face image and club crest individually after purchase. Therefore, this is unfortunately not yet possible with your preview. If you still want a graphic preview, you can write us in the order note.
What is the difference between the Basic and Premium variants?
The crucial difference is the material, our Basic cards are made of special plastic, which are produced by means of high-resolution digital printing. Our premium version is made of aluminum dibond, which gives the card a more noble surface and offers more stability.
How can I hang/set up my FUTCARD?
With our plate hangers and stands, we have the right accessories for every size, so your card will find the perfect place in your own home.
Do you also deliver outside of Germany?
Yes, we also deliver to our neighboring countries Austria and Switzerland, as well as to all other European delivery addresses (Great Britain currently still excluded).
What happens if I realize after placing my order that I have forgotten something?
This is not a problem, we can customize your card afterwards according to your needs, as long as no more than 1 business day has passed, you can send anything missing. *please note this does not apply to an express order, as this will be processed immediately after payment is received. Do you also offer an express function?
Of course you have the possibility to choose our 48H-Express function. This means that we will process your card within 48 hours on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that we ship after express processing via DHL (2-3 business days transit time). Deadline for express orders is 2pm. Express orders after 2pm will be processed from the following working day. Processing time starts only after successful receipt of payment, as well as receipt of all required media.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping throughout Germany. Shipments to Austria are charged with 4,90€, to Switzerland with 13,90€ shipping costs. Each order is shipped as an insured package. Each order is a custom card made especially for you, so the delivery time is a maximum of 5-10 business days (after placing the payment order) until the card arrives. As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With the shipment number in it, you can track the progress of the shipment at any time.

All products are made in Germany without exception. Our products impress with incomparable and outstanding quality. Thanks to our production we can offer you the very latest printed products.
ICON-GOLD WARRANTY
Every product we make is backed by our Icon Gold Guarantee. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with the design, quality or printing of our card, we will send you a new card free of charge, even if it has been damaged during shipping. The new card will of course leave our house immediately after you contact us. Basically we are used to only positive feedbacks from our customers, this comes among other things from the fact that our entire team focuses on making our customers 100% satisfied.
